• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Lull™ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability.
• Errors: In the event of a pricing or product description error, Lull™ may cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Lull™ will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship products within the estimated timeframes displayed at checkout. However, all shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier;
• Lull™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Lull™ is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you;
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
